There is a small area adjacent to the inner office where we prepare breakfast. If you are standing in the inner office, you can see directly into this small prep room.
I had finished the midnight audit and was reading one of my books. I heard a loud bang that sounded very close and appeared to come from the breakfast prep room on my right. From where I was sitting, I could see the entire breakfast prep area. Nothing had fallen and nothing was disturbed.
Note: Today is the 145th Anniversary of the Day One of the Battle of Gettysburg.
